The Environmental Awareness Club at Montana State University in Billings is a student organization committed to improving awareness of and encouraging action to protect the environment.  This wiki is for members and prospective members to stay updated on projects and events and obtain related information.

Our mission is to provide students the collective resources to become effectively involved in promoting environmental issues; to implement plans and campaigns that will increase participation in ecologically sound practices and make people aware of their impact on the environment; and to promote a spirit of cooperation and innovation on campus and throughout the community.

Our former president, Joe Krenzer, graduated in the Spring 2011 semester.  His hard work was instrumental in instituting campus-wide recycling and for obtaining the grants and organizing the work to install solar panels to MSU-B's carbon footprint.  He will be missed, and we are looking for new leadership to carry on his work.  Interested students can contact Dr. Jim, Barron, our club's faculty advisor, at jbarron@msubillings.edu.
